***Please note that the laws for voting on the School Budget have now changed. Voters must attend the MSAD#49 District Budget Meeting on May 27, 2008 if they would like to vote on the School Budget amounts.
Then, on June 3, 2008, you must go to the Community Center to vote on the question: "Shall the MSAD#49 Budget for the 2008/09 school year that was adopted at the District Budget Meeting on May 27, 2008 be approved?"
Please call the Town Clerk at 453-7346 if you have any questions regarding the voting procedure for the MSAD#49 School Budget.
The Annual Spring Clean up will be held on the following dates:
Drop off at Pine Tree Waste: Saturday, May 10 & May 17
Roadside Pickup: Begins the week of May 12, 2008 at 6:00 AM
Green Road Brush Dump: Open May 10 to May 17, 2008
The Town will be holding the "Concert in the Park" series again this summer in Memorial Park every Thursday from 5-7 pm beginning July 10 and ending August 21, 2008. Bring a picnic dinner and enjoy the music!
