The Office of Code Enforcement is responsible for maintaining and enforcing the Town of Fairfield's Land Use Ordinance, Subdivision Ordinance, and other relevent ordinances, in addition to State law, and assisting current and prospective landowners, developers, and businesses with the local permitting process and site design review. The office issues Building Permits and supports the Planning Board when a project requires review.
