The Community Center is a building for citizens to rent for meetings, birthday parties, baby or bridal showers, wedding receptions, etc. Many of the civic organizations in the community like the Boy Scouts & Girl Scouts and the Knights of Columbus also use the Community Center for their events. The school sports programs as well as the PAL program uses the Community Center for basketball, baseball, volleyball, hockey & cheering practice.
Renting the Community Center
To rent the Fairfield Community Center for an event, or to see if a date is available, please call Tracey Stevens at the Town Office at 453-7346. You will need to fill out an application, and also pay up to $150 for a deposit to reserve a date. See deposit rates in the rental rates link below. You may also fill out the online application and mail it in with the deposit.

Be sure to enclose the building deposit with your mailed application.
Note: The capacity in the gym is 250 people. The capacity in the conference room is 30 people. Due to fire safety code, you may not have more people than capacity allows in each room.
